Some parties you remember for the line-up, others for an image. With Red Tree it is the tree, glowing red in the middle of the room, right above the crowd. Since 2024 it has stood for our Frankfurt series for house, melodic house, organic house, deep house and techno. On 31 October 2026 it will stand in Berlin for the first time.
The idea
Red Tree was founded by MASILLA, and he plays at every edition. The idea was clear from day one: big nights with our own production, in places that are already special on their own, instead of the same club every week. The tree is always in the middle.
Vol.1 and Vol.2 at The Squaire
It all started on 25 May 2024 at The Squaire, the building above the long-distance train station at Frankfurt Airport. After that night it was obvious that Frankfurt has a crowd for exactly this sound. Vol.2 followed on 30 November 2024, back at The Squaire, and from then on Red Tree was a series, not a one-off.
Vol.3: Until 6 am
On 29 March 2025, Marten Lou, JUNO, Afshin Momadi and Guaved & Sentir played alongside MASILLA. The clocks went forward to summer time that night, so the party ran until 6 am. Look at the photos from that night and you will know what Red Tree looks like: lasers over the crowd, red light and the tree in the middle of the hall.
VIP afterparty at World Club Dome
On 7 June 2025, World Club Dome brought us into Frankfurt's stadium for its VIP afterparty. This time the tree stood under the stadium roof, a completely different setting for us. In June 2026 we hosted it for the second time.
The first open air
On 6 September 2025 we went outside for the first time. The Red Tree Summer Edition took place at Oceans Club in Gateway Gardens, with HUGEL headlining and MASILLA on the line-up. Since then, Red Tree has been a summer thing too.
Season Opening 2026
On 21 March 2026 we went back to The Squaire with the Season Opening 2026, our Vol.4. Everest, Del Campo, RIVO and Maxim Lany × MASILLA played until 5 am.
Black & Blood: Red Tree in Berlin
Next up is Berlin. On Saturday 31 October 2026 we celebrate our first night outside Frankfurt with Black & Blood, in the courtyard of Roomers Berlin Steinplatz in Charlottenburg. Dinner starts at 7 pm, the party runs from 9 pm until 3 am. It is Halloween, but without pumpkins or plastic decorations, and the dress code is black and red.
At midnight the Red Tree turns blood red. That is our special for this night.
What makes Red Tree
Put all the nights side by side and you see a pattern. Sound-wise we stick with house, melodic house, organic house, deep house and techno. The venues are not classic clubs but The Squaire at the airport, a stadium, an open air in Gateway Gardens and now a hotel courtyard in Berlin. The tree is there every time.
Then there is MASILLA, who shapes every night as founder and DJ. That is why Red Tree feels like Red Tree wherever we are.
