Privacy policy

Privacy notice, last updated 14 October 2026. The German version is binding.

In short: no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics, no Google Fonts. We count visits anonymously on our own server. Only if you tap "Okay" in the notice do we keep a pseudonymous visitor profile, which you can delete at any time.

Controller

Fifteen-Love GbR, Karl-von-Drais-Straße 6, 60435 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, info@fifteen-love.de.

Hosting

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). Vercel processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, page requested and browser identifier to deliver the site and fend off attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Fonts, images, videos

Served from our own hosting, without connections to third parties.

SoundCloud

The SoundCloud player only loads when you tap a set. Only then does your browser connect to SoundCloud and transmit your IP address and browser data; SoundCloud may set its own cookies. Legal basis: your consent by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG).

Partner enquiry form

We process name, company, email, optional phone, your interest, an optional budget range and your message to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data goes to our enquiry system on maro-studios.com (MARO Studios GmbH, processor), stored with Neon Inc. in Frankfurt am Main; team notifications are sent via Brevo (Berlin). For company enquiries we create a short internal briefing from public sources using an AI service by Anthropic PBC (USA), based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. A hidden field and a rate limit protect against spam; the IP address is stored briefly in hashed form.

Red Tree Family (newsletter)

When you join the Red Tree Family we first send a confirmation email to the address you entered (double opt-in). The confirmation link is valid for 7 days and contains your email address in signed form; until you confirm, we do not store the address in our contact list. Only after the click do we add you to the "Red Tree Family" list with your email address, source (redtree-events.de), language and confirmation date, and send a welcome email with the next event. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Sending and storage run via Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, with a German branch in Berlin, processor). Brevo may record whether an email was opened and which link was clicked; we only use this in aggregate. The sign-up function runs on Vercel; calls of the confirmation link may briefly appear in server logs. We keep your data until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time via the link in every email or by writing to info@fifteen-love.de.

Photos and filming

Photos and videos on this site come from our events. If you recognise yourself and do not want to be shown, write to info@fifteen-love.de and we will remove it.

Statistics and visitor profile

Without consent we count visits on our own server without cookies and without storing your IP address; a daily changing identifier is derived from IP, browser identifier, date and a secret key (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Opt out via this link. With your consent ("Okay") we store a random identifier (mst_vid) and a session identifier (mst_s) in local storage and combine your visits into a pseudonymous profile (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). Withdraw any time via "Privacy settings" and "No, thanks"; we then delete the identifier and the profile. Raw data is deleted after 14 months at the latest, the hashed IP identifier after two days, profiles 14 months after the last visit.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15-21 GDPR), the right to withdraw consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

It is midnight. The tree has turned blood red.
