The venue

An Art Nouveau house with a hidden courtyard.

Roomers Berlin Steinplatz is an Art Nouveau building from 1913, designed by August Endell, the architect of the Hackesche Höfe. You cannot see the courtyard from the street, and that is exactly where the tree stands that night.

Dinner comes from Manon Brasserie Nouvelle by The Duc Ngo: French brasserie classics with Vietnamese touches, served family style.

Where exactly is Black & Blood?
